Position Highlights :

We offer a sign-on bonus ranging from $7,500 to $10,000 based on experience. We welcome qualified external candidates and encourage internal candidates to explore available options through our recruitment team.

Your Role :

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Stepdown unit, you will provide direct nursing care for patients with complex health needs, abiding by our established policies and protocols. Your expertise will help create a supportive and healing environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather comprehensive patient data from the patient, family, and healthcare team to develop an understanding of their needs.
• Analyze collected data to formulate relevant diagnoses and conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to identify optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans using clinical judgment tailored to each patient.
• Evaluate patient progress and outcomes regularly, adjusting the care plan as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with best practices and integrate evidence-based knowledge into daily nursing practice.
• Adhere to safety protocols while providing care and supporting patients’ recovery.
• Supportive of colleagues by contributing to a positive and collaborative nursing environment.
