Finance Manager

Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise to enhance our financial reporting processes through automation and advanced analytics. This role combines financial acumen with technical skills to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information
• Optimize existing reporting processes by identifying automation opportunities and implementing best practices
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities with automation
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on automation tools and reporting systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related technical field

Proficiency in automation tools and programming

Strong understanding of financial statements

Experience with Essbase and Dodeca

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

A track record of juggling multiple priorities and consistently meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and analytically driven
