👩‍⚕️ Registered Nurse – Special Care Nursery / Level II Nursery

📍 Location : Massachusetts

🌙 Shift : Nights | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM | 3x12s (36 hours / week)

📅 Schedule : Every other weekend & holiday | No call requirement

🔄 Float : May be required to assist in Mother / Baby and Labor & Delivery units

🩺 Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive care to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in a Level II nursery setting. The RN applies the nursing process to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in accordance with hospital philosophy, professional standards, and regulatory guidelines.

The RN is accountable for the safety, quality, and coordination of direct and indirect nursing care provided to patients and families, reporting directly to the Director of Obstetrical Nursing or designee.
