Job description8+ years of industrial construction experience (GC or developer-side) Proven success with ground-up tilt-wall projects — not renovations Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management Strong leadership and communication skills to manage GCs, design teams, and vendors Proficiency in Procore , Primavera P6 , and Bluebeam Local to the Hampton Roads area / or within a commutable distance. Base salary up to $175K , with bonuses pushing total comp north of $200K Hybrid work schedule, assessed case by case. Annual project bonus + profit sharing plan 20 days PTO from day one 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision (select plans) 401(k) with 3% match Life and disability insurance included

Senior Project Manager – Industrial Construction (Virginia / DC Area)
Build the future of industrial real estate. A leading Virginia-based developer and owner of industrial properties is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the charge on massive ground-up tilt-wall warehouse projects —some up to 2 million sq ft . This is your chance to step into an owner’s rep role and manage high-impact developments from dirt to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee greenfield industrial builds across Virginia : tilt-wall flex warehouses, distribution centers, logistics hubs, and food / beverage facilities
- Drive the full lifecycle : preconstruction, GC selection, construction management, and handover
- Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors to deliver on time and on budget
