AI Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an AI Implementation Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the rollout of AI strategy across all functions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction

Lead the development and training of department-specific AI agents for various operational needs

Integrate AI tools into workflows to enhance processes and enable staff to focus on customer-centric activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data / Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in digital transformation or AI initiatives, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven success in implementing AI tools across multiple business functions

Strong understanding of AI integration with enterprise systems and workflows

Experience in change management and developing training programs for AI tool adoption
