Catalog Integrity Lead

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Catalog Integrity Lead here to contribute to our Lightning Source Sales Ops team here in LaVergne, TN. The Category Integrity Lead ensures that accounts coming into the global Lightning Source and Ingram Spark catalog meet standards and follow account best practices. Manages new account automated set ups, vetting and activation for Lightning Source and IngramSpark accounts as well as reporting on activities and identifying and solving for areas of improvement. Monitors the integrity processes, informing supervisor of new trends or changes in relevance of rules and best practices and develops business responses to those changes. Works as part of the Catalog Integrity team to ensure that processes are kept up to date and makes suggestions of changes that might improve process times. Works with sales, legal, catalog operations, and digital to preserve a globally relevant catalog of content.

Required Qualifications :

• College degree or directly related year for year experience
• 3 years work experience in customer service, sales, retail, or publishing
• 1 year experience in account or identity verification, cybersecurity, risk analysis, risk management, KYC / AML, or fraud analysis

Salary Note : 50,725-63,038. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
