Dietary Director
Job Summary :
The Dietary Director is responsible for the overall operation of the facility's dietary department. Oversees the provision of a nourishing, palatable, well-balanced diet that meets the individualized nutritional needs and supports the psychosocial needs of each resident. This position will oversee meal planning, production of quality food that meets state and federal nutritional and sanitation regulations, directs and supervises the safety, hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating of dietary personnel, maintains records of inventory, purchases and waste, monitors to ensure efficient, high-quality standards are met with a focus on presentation at meal services.
Qualifications :
CDM (Certified Dietary Manger) certification is required
Minimum five years' experience is required
