Senior Hiring Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Hiring Specialist to manage their hiring processes and enhance their onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the primary hiring process, supporting hiring managers and maintaining documentation

Build and maintain a Talent Pool to connect with potential future teammates

Oversee and innovate the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires

Required Qualifications

Years of experience in SaaS, with a background in HR / Recruiting, Community Management, or related fields

Experience in hiring processes as a recruiter, interviewer, or onboarding support

Familiarity with the company's brand and community

Strong process improvement and operational execution skills

Ability to engage in storytelling and transparency in the workplace
