A company is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager (API).

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor

Understand customer goals and develop success plans to align API solutions for business value

Monitor usage patterns and provide best practices to maximize API adoption

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role

Familiarity with APIs, cloud communications, and software integration processes

A strong passion for customer success and relationship building

Comfortable analyzing customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively address customer needs
