Required : BC, Active RI or IMLC license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS AND PALS

Details : - Hospital is accepting multiple Providers. Schedule Hours for Clinic / Hospital 20-40 hours / week. IRF size is 20 beds Patients seen per day in the Clinic. Call Night / Weekend - estimated 1-2 weekends / month. Weekday Call start at 5pm and ends at 8pm. 2 practitioners plus NP will be available as supporting staff
