A company is looking for a Vice President of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the organization's growth and brand
Design targeted marketing approaches for key audiences, including caregivers and managed care organizations
Lead the creation of impactful content and establish metrics to monitor marketing effectiveness
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or managed care, preferably with Medicaid populations
10+ years in marketing leadership roles with experience in high-performance organizations
Prior experience in a high-growth or hypergrowth environment is strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and clinical workflows
Proven ability to build trust and foster a culture of accountability and improvement
