What You’ll Do
Oversee client programs and ensure treatment fidelity
Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs
Collaborate with families and team members to achieve meaningful outcomes
Maintain documentation in line with BACB and insurance standards
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
Strong communication and organizational skills
