Join as an SDET-Software Developer in a 12+ month contract role in the Oil & Gas industry, located in Houston, TX (Onsite).

Base Pay Range

USD $60.00 / hr - $65.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements for software applications to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
• Develop expert knowledge of business processes and supporting applications at Enterprise Products.
• Plan testing for new and existing applications, covering feature / functionality, deployment / configuration, performance, integration, and usability.
• Track coverage, progress, and results in the software application lifecycle management tool.
• Develop and support test harnesses for rapid, repeatable, and reportable test execution.
• Automate test scenarios to reduce time and cost of testing and improve coverage.
• Monitor application quality and release readiness, working with development teams to resolve issues quickly.
• File and track software defects in the lifecycle management tool.
• Define and track development and quality standards.
• Monitor post-release quality issues, triage them, and work with development teams to expedite fixes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
