Description for Customer Service Manager
Place and administer purchase orders for inventory, supplies and services
Communicate effectively with customers to obtain orders, resolve questions and concerns and satisfy customer needs
Establish and maintain corrective action log and vendor evaluation log.
Details for Customer Service Manager :
Pay :
$29.00 - 30.00 depending on experience
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Shift Hours : Days : 7 : 30am- 4 : 00pm
Requirements for Customer Service Manager :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
Mechanical Aptitude Knowledge
Knowledge of ordering inventory and supplies
