Responsibilities :

• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps that reflect the company’s strategic priorities and long-term vision.
• Translate high-level vision into actionable user stories, detailed requirements, and execution plans for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive efficient product delivery and innovation.
• Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to refine product positioning and enhance differentiation.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
• Promote global collaboration by creating English-first documentation and standards across teams.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and Web3, to identify opportunities for advancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with expertise in software, fintech, blockchain, or AI products.
• Proven ability to successfully launch and scale products in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira for backlog grooming and bug tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of working effectively with executives, engineers, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in startup environments or 0→1 product development is highly desirable.
• Deep enthusiasm for cutting-edge technologies and innovation, including blockchain and cryptocurrency.
