Role Overview

Join our operations team as Operations Associate, working with senior leadership to support operational excellence across our global operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants to learn and grow in a scaling global business while working with world-class hotel and celebrity brands.

Support the operations team by managing operational workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and executing process improvements. This role is ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants to learn operations management in a fast-paced entrepreneurial e-commerce environment serving leading brands.

You'll gain exposure to customer service operations, logistics coordination, automation implementation, and data analysis while working with complex operational systems and learning how AI can accelerate operational excellence.

Automation & Engineering Collaboration

We operate a multi-faceted automation stack spanning Monday.com and n8n that we're actively scaling. You'll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of automation inside the business, enable AI across your role, and provide input into the development of internal tools and resources. You'll collaborate directly with our engineering team and automations team to build out these capabilities.

Goals & Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Execute daily operational tasks across customer service, logistics, and fulfillment workflows
  • Monitor operational dashboards and flag issues requiring attention from management
  • Maintain data accuracy in Monday.com, Zendesk, and operational systems
  • Follow up on open tasks and ensure timely resolution according to SLAs

Process Execution & Documentation

  • Follow documented processes and procedures for operational workflows
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities
  • Assist operations managers with implementation of new workflows and process changes
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, process guides, and training materials
  • Automation Management

  • Monitor automation workflows in Monday.com and other platforms to ensure proper execution
  • Troubleshoot basic automation issues and escalate complex problems to management
  • Document automation failures with detailed information for IT and operations managers
  • Assist with testing new automation workflows before production deployment
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate daily and weekly operational reports for management review
  • Track operational KPIs and flag trends, anomalies, or concerning patterns
  • Assist operations managers with data analysis projects and special initiatives
  • Maintain operational knowledge base and documentation repository
  • Required Skills & Experience

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years relevant experience in operations, customer service, or logistics
  • Internship or entry-level experience in operational roles (preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement and operations management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in startup / high-growth environments
  • Curiosity about AI : Active interest in AI tools and willingness to experiment with AI for work and personal projects beyond basic use cases
  • Bonus : French and / or Spanish language proficiency for coordinating with global operations teams
  • Core Competencies (Critical)

  • Strong Excel proficiency : Comfortable with Excel formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analysis (non-negotiable)
  • Data analysis skills : Ability to work with datasets, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
