Job descriptionHourly rate : $18.00- $20.00, based on experience Incentives : $4.00-$8.00 per hour average, based on productivity Overtime Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance Repair tires, perform tire rotations Mount, dismount, and balance tires Perform oil changes and install filters Perform some mechanical services and repairs Willingness to learn the basics of preventive maintenance Current college / trade school students and graduates encouraged to apply Being a motivated and eager individual that is looking for an opportunity in an essential industry. Having transferable skills or relative experience, such as food industry experience, manufacturing or production. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services in a timely and efficient manner Demonstrate confidence in ability to communicate with other team members to complete tasks at hand. Being detail oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company. Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license Mentorship to help you become experts, along with the opportunity for a long-term career. Have the willingness to learn and be cross-trained so you can master basic preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and sales.
