Job descriptionMust have active CA licensure prior to submission Minimum Board Status : Board Certified in Internal Medicine Active DEA required prior to start Required Certifications : BLS, PALS The following immunizations are required for credentialing (Prior to start) : Flu Vaccine, TB status / X-ray Results (Must be within 90 days of start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (Must be within the last 10 years) (Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster no longer required) Includes some chronic pain management Chart closure within 72 hours Patients Per Day : 18 (Mix of peds / adults) Schedule : Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm) Decision Typically made within 7-14 days EMR : Epic
