General Manager - Fast Growing Cafe Brand!

A passionate and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Los Altos Cafe . Ideal for leaders who love coffee, food, and people, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience in hospitality.
  • Daytime availability – our cafes operate during peak morning and afternoon hours.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail in food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for a welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Embod the brand’s core values and act as a key ambassador.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory for smooth operations.
  • Drive sales and performance goals while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • $80,000‑$90,000 base salary (DOE) + quarterly bonus potential.
