Reach Truck Operator | McCarran, NV

Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, stack, and organize freight safely and efficiently.

Load and unload shipments from containers, trailers, and staging areas while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Sort, label, and stage freight based on destination and shipment specifications.

Perform cycle counts and verify inventory to maintain stock accuracy.

Track and document freight movement using digital and paper-based systems.

Inspect and report damaged or defective materials promptly to maintain quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Support team goals and assist in other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution center environment (required).

Proven ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

1+ year of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, or inventory tasks.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.

Reliable transportation to and from the McCarran, NV facility.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and national background check.

Pay

$22.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time | Day Shift | Monday Friday | 7 : 00am 3 : 30pm

Must be willing and available to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
