Overview
The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a strategic, culturally fluent Creator Strategist - Developers & Technical Communities to help shape how Microsoft engages with developer and ITDM (information technology decision makers) audiences. This role will support the development and execution of creator and community-led storytelling across Azure, Fabric, Security, and other commercial brands — helping connect business priorities and product truth with audience relevance and platform-native expression.
You’ll bring a sharp editorial lens, instincts for developer culture, technical experience with software and developer tools, and a collaborative mindset that spans strategy, creative, and execution. From identifying creator partners to shaping content formats and co-creation models, you’ll help bring Microsoft’s developer and ITDM strategy to life — working cross-functionally to ensure every idea is technically credible, brand-right, and strategically impactful.

Qualifications
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, or related field AND 5+ years experience in creator marketing, influencer strategy, social content, or digital brand storytelling, or related work experience
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
