    Account Representative State Farm Agent Team Member

    As an Account Representative, you will be the frontline advocate and problem-solver for our clients. This role blends relationship building with consultative saleshelping individuals protect what matters most while building a career that grows with you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver personalized insurance solutions by identifying client needs and aligning them with the right products
    • Guide clients through new policy applications, renewals, and claims support
    • Foster strong, lasting customer relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and care
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
    • Contribute to business development through lead generation and client referrals
    • Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Sales-driven with a service-first mindset
    • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
    • Willingness to obtain :
    • Georgia Property & Casualty License
