Overview
We are immediately hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer in Whitestown, IN, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience in a warehouse distribution environment and will work across operations to deliver higher performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis, map and document processes, and independently identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Develop and manage an effective continuous improvement plan to drive value for customers, achieving tangible improvement in key business metrics.
- Manage and complete CI and steady-state engineering projects, support go-live and steady-state certifications, and identify and support automation projects.
- Demonstrate competency in engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards, coaching employees in CI, quality assurance, and Lean principles.
- Execute Value Stream Maps, Kaizen Events, and coach process owners to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against site objectives and make inventory and supply-chain strategy recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Master's degree with related experience; minimum of 3-5 years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.Expertise in Lean tools, data analytics, and warehouse design tools such as CAD, slotting, and labor planning.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau). Intermediate SQL, DAX, and database programming preferred.Experience with warehouse management systems, labor management systems, and automation solutions (PIT, AS / RS).Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and lead cross–functional projects, and a self-driven, fast-paced mindset.Benefits

Salary range : $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience). The position may be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on level and / or type.
