Position Overview :

We’re hiring experienced and licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our remote Consumer Direct team. You’ll work inbound leads, manage your pipeline through our CRM, and guide borrowers through the loan process using our best-in-market pricing and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with inbound leads from online rate table platforms (e.g., Bankrate, Realtor.com).
• Manage and follow up with prospects using a comprehensive CRM.
• Deliver accurate rate quotes and guide borrowers through the application process.
• Structure loans based on borrower qualifications and program guidelines.
• Collaborate with loan officer assistants and processors to ensure smooth file flow.
• Maintain compliance and documentation standards using Encompass.
