Cascade Tropicals is looking for a Fleet Manager who will oversee drivers, ensuring efficient routing and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will take charge of route planning and driver operations and ensure smooth daily logistics for deliveries in Washington and Oregon. Education, Skill, Experience :

1+ years of supervisory or leadership team experience required

Bilingual, with proficiency in both English and Spanish a plus

Demonstrated experience in operations management, logistics, and route operations in a warehouse or production setting required

Valid driver's license required

Ability to handle multiple moving pieces effectively required

Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written & verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities surrounding responsibilities required

Strong organizational and time management skills required

Strong written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills required

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds required

Supervisory experience in managing drivers a plus

Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance a plus

Certified in Lean and / or Six Sigma methodologies a plus

Familiar with geography and localities in Washington and Oregon a plus

Compensation & Company Benefits Include :

The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 annually based on experience and skillset
