Responsibilities :

Answer High volume inbound phone calls regarding coverage / eligibility

Conduct 40-60 minute phone interviews for life insurance applicants to determine eligibility

Document calls and record information in the database

Qualifications and Requirements :

Pay starting at up to $18 / hour depending on shift

Temp-to-hire opportunity with benefit access including medical plans, dental, and vision

On-site position for a collaborative and supportive environment

Monday – Friday daytime or evening schedule

High School or GED required

1 year of customer service experience in an office environment
