The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of heavy civil and site development projects—from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while upholding Earth Tech’s high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of heavy construction and site development projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve production and financial goals.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, vendor relationships, and contract compliance.
• Monitor daily field operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review project reports, change orders, and progress updates for leadership and clients.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders.
