Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts
Every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation.
Incentives : $15,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd Shift, up to $20,000 in student loan forgiveness, $7,200 in tuition assistance, and a $5,000 RN referral bonus.
Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for post-operative craniotomy patients, stroke patients, and individuals undergoing spine surgeries, as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program. Experience cutting-edge care at the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).

Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient condition.Promote safety and develop individualized learning strategies for patients and families.Coordinate discharge plans with interdisciplinary teams.Evaluate patient and unit outcomes, making necessary adjustments.Encourage a culture of safety and report any threats to patient safety.Make ethical decisions while maintaining professional relationships.Engage in quality improvement initiatives.Participate in professional development activities.Provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles.Licensure and Education :
Registered Nurse license valid in your practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience and Skills Required :
1 year of clinical nursing experience is typically required.Demonstrated ability to deliver holistic patient care with confidence.Proficient in using computers and electronic medical records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Skills in coordination, collaboration, and team building.Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform necessary movementsLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.Carry up to 40 lbs for reasonable distances.Must be able to use foot pedals and operate necessary equipment.May be exposed to chemicals and communicable diseases.This job description highlights the nature of the work expected.
