Overview : This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining HR technology systems built on Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud HCM. The position is centered on improving business processes, driving efficiency, and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals through close collaboration with HR, IT, and technical teams.
Core Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on support and optimization for Oracle EBS HR, Payroll, and Benefits, with particular expertise in U.S. Payroll and Benefits functionality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement process and system improvements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain SQL-based reports and analytics to support data accuracy and decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to projects that enhance HR operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with compliance and business objectives.
Experience & Skills :
