HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in Englewood, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care
  • Discipline : RN
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Local Contract
  • Number of Beds - 17
  • Number of Staff – 23
  • Type of staff :

Day Shift – 2 CNCs, 8 RNs, and 2 PRN RNs

  • Night Shift - 1 CNC, 7 RNs, and 3 PRN RNs
  • Patient Ratios – 1 : 1 to 4 : 1
  • Type of equipment - Phillips monitors, Giraffe isolettes, Hamilton ventilators
  • EMR - Meditech
  • Typical Procedures :

    • UAC and UVC insertion

  • Intubation

    • Must Haves : \n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred\n- A recent 12 months of NICU Level III RN experience in an acute hospital setting\n- CO RN License\n- BLS and NRP Certifications\n\nPreferred or Nice to Have : \n- Transition RN Experience\n- Lactation Experience\n- MediTech Experience\n- Travel Experience
