Opportunity : RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details : - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM - Float pool position requiring flexibility to work between multiple departments and four facilities - Must have telemetry experience to apply - 2 years of nursing experience required - Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule - Patient ratio of 6 : 1 - 48-hour guarantee available - Required certifications : BLS and ACLS - Arizona nursing license required - Must be willing to float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita - Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies - Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in care delivery - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education - Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel - Starting within 2 weeks of offer acceptance preferred Facility : This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities providing comprehensive inpatient services including medical-surgical and telemetry units.
