Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Management : Oversee all office functions, including answering phones, handling correspondence, managing incoming raw materials shipments, managing outgoing product shipments, obtaining certificates of insurance, notarizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.Financial Management : Handle invoicing, bill payments, bank deposits, and overdue accounts receivable collection to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.Office Equipment and Technology : Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and software.Inventory Management : Monitor and manage office inventory, placing orders for materials and supplies as needed.Policy Implementation : Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to increase office efficiency and maintain a productive and safe work environment.Working Conditions :
8 to 20 hours per week depending on experience, capabilities, and interestRequired work location in our office (not a remote work opportunity)Normal office and light manufacturing environment.Reports to the Center Manager.Are You Our Ideal Candidate?

Office Management experience or Administrative Assistant experience is requiredAbility to work effectively in a small team environmentSomeone who enjoys interacting with a team and helping the team be successfulSelf-motivated and self-directedOutgoing personalityNotary public certification is a plus
