Legal Billing Specialist

Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join our team in the Irvine office. This role will be responsible for handling both traditional billing and e-billing processes in a hybrid office schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines
• Manage e-billing submissions and troubleshoot any related issues
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to address billing inquiries
• Assist in month-end and year-end billing processes
• Maintain billing records and ensure timely payments

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a legal billing position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal billing software, preferably Aderant, and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range: $70,000 $90,000 annually
