Job description3-7 years of experience in Senior Employment Litigation Comfortable with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings Comfortable with drafting and arguing motions Comfortable with taking and defending depositions Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred Strong litigation experience Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law Excellent academic credentials Strong writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts Offers a wider lens on workplace law Counseled employers exclusively since 1946.
