Job descriptionManage digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others. Develop SEO strategies and oversee implementation to improve visibility and content performance. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting. Leverage AI-enabled platforms and features for campaign optimization, keyword research, and content insights where appropriate. Advise internal teams on digital best practices and lead execution of digital tactics. Collaborate with strategists and creatives to ensure integrated digital execution across channels. Lead digital media planning and execution, and will also manage integrated media buys that include small non-digital elements (e.g., radio or OOH), with strategic support from the Director. 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution and reporting. Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO and content performance optimization. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush and platform-specific dashboards. Comfortable making platform recommendations and optimizing based on performance.
