Job description8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ASCP in EBS R12.2.4 or newer. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes : MRP, DRP, S&OP, forecasting. Experience with Oracle modules : Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Order Management. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. Ability to write and interpret functional specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in cross-functional and global teams. Oracle certifications in Supply Chain or ASCP. Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies. Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA, ODI). Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle ASCP modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze supply chain planning requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support ASCP planning cycles, troubleshoot issues, and optimize planning parameters.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation.
- Participate in testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices and compliance standards.
