Compensation :
Key Responsibilities Lead complex compressor station operations and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and optimization of compressors, pumps, and auxiliary systems Apply predictive maintenance tools to minimize downtime and extend equipment run time Conduct visual inspections, SCADA monitoring, and GIS mapping to identify and resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with DOT and regulatory standards , including emergency response coordination Manage corrective tasks, oversee vendor performance, and coordinate material deliveries Collaborate with chemical technicians and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance Train and mentor less experienced operators, fostering peer-to-peer knowledge sharing Maintain detailed operational records and drive compliance with all safety standards Uphold a strong safety culture by participating in the SAFE program and exercising stop-work authority when necessary Skills & Competencies Compressor station operation & maintenance expertise Strong background in engine / equipment maintenance, instrumentation, and controls Proficiency in SCADA monitoring, data analysis, and reporting Knowledge of corrosion monitoring and regulatory compliance requirements Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem resolution leadership Strong documentation, client issue resolution, and vendor oversight skills Ability to train and mentor others in operations and compliance Candidate Profile Extensive midstream operations experience, preferably at the Operator III or Lead Operator level Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle independent decision-making in the field Comfortable working night shifts with high accountability and minimal supervision Must be safety-driven, detail-oriented, and able to travel across assigned areas Powered by JazzHR
