Locum Tenens Anesthesiology Physician

Location : Near Horizon City, TX

Dates : ASAP - Ongoing

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Anesthesiology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity near Horizon City, TX. This position offers full-time hours with a flexible schedule in a level 2 trauma center. The role includes both outpatient and inpatient work, with a focus on CRNA supervision and some solo cases. If you are board-eligible or certified and proficient in regional anesthesia, this could be a perfect fit.

Position Overview :

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise CRNAs in both outpatient and inpatient settings, handling a variety of cases
  • Perform some solo anesthesiology cases
  • Provide proficiency in regional anesthesia
  • No cardiac cases involved
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

    • Qualifications :

  • Board Certification

    • Required (Board-eligible also considered)

  • Fellowship

    • Preferred but not required

  • License

    • Must hold an active Texas medical license

  • Certifications

    • ACLS

    Required

  • BLS

    • Required

  • Temporary Privileges

    • Available for quick onboarding
