Harborview Medical Center - Eye Institute has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. The position is full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) with a day shift, Mondays-Fridays. The role is conveniently located near public transportation and offers an opportunity to make a difference for the patients and employees we serve, with potential career growth.

Primary Job Responsibilities include :

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging.
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments.
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
• Other duties as requested.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details :

Pay Range Minimum : $43,236.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum : $59,976.00 annual
