Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities :

• Perform patient intake procedures, including measuring vital signs, documenting medical history, and verifying medication lists
• Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive measures
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with medical administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred

X-Ray certification is a plus

Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks effectively

The pay range for this role is :

20 - 23 USD per hour (SpineOne - Lone Tree)
