Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the well-being of patients and gain valuable experience in the medical field.
Responsibilities :
- Perform patient intake procedures, including measuring vital signs, documenting medical history, and verifying medication lists
- Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive measures
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferredX-Ray certification is a plusPrevious experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirableStrong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient serviceAbility to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks effectivelyJob Type : Full-time
