Front Desk Attendant Entry Level, Part Time , Weekend Availability

Five Star Parks and Attractions

Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized
Be comfortable with guest’s questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a

manager

Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes

Stock and keep redemption area organized

Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies

Communicate daily with team members

Maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times.
