What Youll Own

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute business unit strategy in alignment with companywide initiatives and enterprise objectives.
• Financial Performance : Own full P&L responsibility for the business unit, ensuring revenue, margin, and cost targets are achieved.
• Operational Excellence : Lead project delivery teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Enterprise Partnership : Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, People Operations, Preconstruction, and other enterprise teams to ensure cohesive execution across the organization.
• Client & Market Growth : Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for long-term growth and partnership.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing leaders who embody Lighthouses values and drive results.
• Risk & Compliance : Oversee risk management, contractual compliance, and adherence to NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
