A global logistics provider is seeking an experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to support its growing operations team in Atlanta.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end ocean import shipments from origin to final delivery
• Coordinate with overseas offices, carriers, customs brokers, and trucking partners
• Prepare and review import documentation to ensure compliance
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or customs clearance
• Maintain accurate shipment records within the TMS

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience handling ocean import freight
• Strong knowledge of import documentation and compliance
• Previous experience of Cargowise
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
