Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to support the efficient management of our inventory systems and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring accurate tracking of materials across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed within authorized limits.
• Establish and maintain backup sources for high-demand materials.
• Analyze inventory usage reports to recommend recurring automated orders.
• Generate timely inventory reports for internal stakeholders.
• Foster and manage strong vendor relationships.
• Accurately document goods received, and shipments dispatched.
• Maintain and enhance inventory software / database systems.
• Perform regular spot checks and partial inventory audits.
• Assist in company-wide annual physical inventory audits.
• Support additional inventory-related functions as required.
