Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location : Altamonte Springs, FL

Schedule : Part-Time (around 18-20 hours per week)

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help us keep our finances organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

• Keep our books up to date - recording invoices, payments, and expenses
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with payroll and make sure things are recorded correctly
• Prepare simple financial reports so we know where things stand
• Work with our owner and outside accountant for taxes and end-of-year reports
