This role allows you to rotate through different units, supporting patients, families, and staff while gaining broad experience in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities : Apply the Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based practices. Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age, culture, and condition. Partner with patients, families, and care teams to achieve care goals. Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities. Serve as a mentor / preceptor to support nursing staff development and professional growth. Promote evidence-based practice , participate in data collection, and support clinical research initiatives. Proactively plan patient care across the care continuum and contribute to protocol development for best outcomes.
