Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and control equipment and processes within the designated area to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including technicians, engineers, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment performance, and safety compliance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet product specifications.
• Respond to equipment alarms and emergencies promptly, executing appropriate troubleshooting techniques and escalation procedures when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
