Windchill PLM

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Full-time, hybrid role (must be local); no sponsorship available
• Gather and analyze business needs to create or update standard operating procedures
• Configure Windchill PLM system based on business requirements using out-of-the-box features
• Develop and execute functional and regression tests on PLM, including performance and error testing
• Document use cases and lessons learned
• Support end users during User Acceptance Testing and validation phases
• Handle internal support requests via ticketing system : manage PLM objects, update workflows, user access, and other related tasks
• Assist project leaders with workload estimation and project execution
• Prepare progress reports for the Windchill solution leader
• Adhere to and promote health, safety, and environmental practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred; 8+ years' experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with Windchill PLM required
• Technical support experience (analyzing, researching, testing, resolving issues) is a plus
• Familiarity with PTC RVnS and Service Now is an advantage
• Windchill Basic certification is a plus
