Job descriptionStable, Dependable Ownership - Family-Owned For Over 100 Years Favorable Home Time - Home Weekly, Every Weekend Median pay : $1,400 per week Percentage pay : 25%-30% based on experience Home most weekends Tarping and strapping experience required $300 Paid Orientation (1.5-day class) $2,000 Driver Referral bonus $1,000 Yearly Anniversary Bonus ($2,500 after 10 Years of employment) Full Health benefits at 90 days; Company pays 60% of Medical / Dental Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Company-paid 401k Free Rider Program; Pet Program Paid Every Friday, Direct Deposit Detention, Layover, Breakdown Pay Family-owned for 100 years, since 1924 Competitive pay and benefits 43% of our drivers have over 10 years experience with Woody Bogler Trucking State of the art fleet of Peterbilt 579 tractors, none of which are more than 4 years old. We replace 25% of our fleet with new tractors annually, because our professional drivers deserve nothing but the best. Valid Class A CDL 6+ months of OTR Flatbed experience Minimum age of 22
