We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our internal team members, customers, and external visitors.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional greeting - creating a positive first impression and directing them efficiently
- Greet and assist onsite visitors with a warm, helpful attitude
- Stock and maintain office areas, breakrooms, and common spaces
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements - including booking hotels, airfare, and rental cars
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other formal documents
- Plan, organize, and support special events and meetings
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist leadership and other departments with miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills :
Previous experience in office administration or a related fieldPositive attitude and professional demeanorStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Some HR and accounting experience preferredBenefits :
